Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
How we are managing our business in response to the Coronavirus
We are currently dispatching all orders as normal (same day dispatch if ordered by 3pm Mon-Fri). However, Royal Mail are experiencing delays to deliveries in some areas due to the pandemic. Therefore, if your order is time sensitive we recommend selecting DPD Next Working Day courier for UK orders, and DHL Express courier for international orders, as these are the fastest delivery services that we offer.
We are lucky to work with a fantastic third party fulfilment house who are continuing to dispatch our orders while taking all necessary precautions to protect both our customers and their staff. Our own office is open and we are available as always to answer customer service enquiries and phone calls. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need any help or advice.
If you would like to send a gift directly to the recipient along with your own personal gift message, simply add the message text when you place your order and it will be hand-written on a gift card and enclosed with your gift.
