Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
How we are managing our business in response to the Coronavirus
We are currently dispatching all orders as normal (same day dispatch if ordered by 3pm Mon-Fri). However, Royal Mail are experiencing delays to deliveries in some areas. Therefore, if your order is time sensitive we recommend selecting DPD Next Working Day courier for UK orders, and DHL Express courier for international orders, as these are the fastest delivery services that we offer.
We are lucky to work with a fantastic third party fulfilment house who are continuing to dispatch our orders while taking all necessary precautions to protect both our customers and their staff. Our own office is open and we are available as always to answer customer service enquiries and phone calls. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need any help or advice.
If you are self-isolating and need to send a gift, we are more than happy to send your gift directly to the recipient along with your own personal gift message. Simply add the message text when you place your order and it will be hand-written on a gift card and enclosed with your gift.
We know that this is a very difficult time for families who have lost a loved one. If you need someone to talk to, we offer free online support with trained bereavement counsellors through our partnership with GriefChat. You can access this confidential service here.
Supporting the NHS
We are supporting the NHS and bereaved families by donating our Forget Me Not Seed Packets to intensive care staff who are creating care packages for families who have lost a loved one. If you are an NHS employee, you can request a donation here.
