This all-natural, biodegradable Eco Scattering™ Urn is a practical and sustainable way to collect, protect and scatter the ashes of a loved one in a gentle and dignified manner.

100% Biodegradable Scattering Urn Created by The Living Urn®, the patent-pending design is made from bamboo which is a sustainable resource, and is simple and easy to use. The patent-pending locking mechanism of the Eco Scattering™ Urn secures the ashes inside the urn while traveling to your chosen scattering location.

Ideal for Multiple Location Scattering For families who may wish to scatter the ashes in more than one place, the special locking feature gives you the ability to scatter, then re-secure the remaining ashes in the urn so that you can travel to other locations and continue scattering. Or simply scatter some of the ashes and take the remainder home with you to keep close by. 

How it works:

To fill Remove the wooden locking pin, then remove the top. Gently pour the ashes into the urn. Place the top back on and line up the locking pin holes in the 'closed' position. Place the locking pin back into the hole to secure the top to the base. Now you can travel to your chosen location, safe in the knowledge that the ashes are securely held within the urn.

To scatter Remove the wooden locking pin. Rotate the top 180 degrees to the 'open' position. Re-insert the locking pin. Hold the urn away from your body and use a gentle 'waving' gesture to scatter the contents. With its unique locking pin and open and close mechanism, the Eco Scattering™ Urn enables you to scatter a loved one's ashes at one special location, then secure the remaining ashes to scatter them at other locations or with other family members.

- Small Dimensions: 23cm tall x 6.5cm diameter (9" tall x 2.5" diameter). Volume: 50 cubic inches (suitable for about 25% of an adult's ashes)

- Medium Dimensions: 35cm tall x 8.5cm diameter (13.6" tall x 3.3" diameter). Volume: 100 cubic inches (suitable for about 50% of an adult's ashes)

- Large Dimensions: 36cm tall x 11.5cm diameter. (14.4" tall x 4.5" diameter). Volume: 220 cubic inches (the standard size for an adult's ashes)

Delivery of The Living Urn® Products This item is only available for UK delivery. It will be shipped to you directly by The Living Urn and due to the size and weight the delivery charge is £9.59 (2-3 working days). 

If your order is time sensitive we recommend selecting the DPD Next Working Day courier option for UK orders, and the DHL Express courier option for international orders, as these are the fastest delivery services that we offer.

UK DELIVERY

Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We deliver to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We offer a choice of Royal Mail Standard International Tracked Post or a faster DHL Express Courier service, for more time sensitive orders.
